Fantastic Service with a Charming Atmosphere

We had a wonderful time during our 5-night stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making sure we were comfortable and catered to, especially with my special dietary needs. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of bakery items and hearty options. However, I noticed that while the rooms were warm and spacious, they did feel a bit dated.

if only I could overlook the lukewarm breakfast items and complete lack of concern for the broken shower water pressure. I expected, at the very least, a complimentary bottle of wine to soothe my disappointment, but alas, it appeared I was just another regular guest here. I really almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The location of our hotel was conveniently nestled at the end of the main street, making it a breeze to explore shops and restaurants. Our Superior Double Room featured warm decor and had stunning views from the balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the scenery. Dining was a highlight. the evening meals included generous portions and a delightful variety of local specialties that truly showcased the region's flavors.

Beautiful views from specific rooms.

The breakfast items were lukewarm during my stay. Wi-Fi was unavailable for two days, and staff were indifferent to my requests. Additionally, I found parking to be challenging after moving my car a short distance away.

Staying here with my family was a great choice because it was so close to all the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. The location made it super easy to explore, especially with Cortina d'Ampezzo and various dining options just a stroll away. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, which added to our overall enjoyment of the trip.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the start of the pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore shops and enjoy the vibrant local scene. The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of options, with always fresh pastries, bacon, and eggs! The evening meals presented an impressive three-course experience, with a delightful variety and top-notch quality that really exceeded expectations throughout the week.

Marvelous old hotel with a grand lounge and big dining area. Great breakfast huge range of bakery eggs bacon cheese cereals everything you might want.

Several guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness issues, such as dirty cups left in the corridors and inadequate room cleaning.

our honeymoon stay at Parc Hotel Victoria was extraordinary. the staff, especially roberta, went above and beyond to make us feel special. our charming room had skylight windows where we could gaze at the stars, making our experience truly magical.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. I remember how the staff helped return my shower bag I forgot. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast! I'm coming back for a trip.
